Citrin is an automotive staffing company and we're searching for a detail-oriented Full Time Receptionist to join our partnership in San Antonio! You will be that first point of contact providing great hospitality to dealership guests, while handling customer information and being the liason for dealership client. 

 

Schedule: Ability to work Monday- Saturday 8am- 9pm

Shift times are: 8am- 4pm and 1pm- 9pm (Rotating Saturdays and shift times to be discussed in interview)

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Essential Duties include the following, other duties may be assigned:

 

    • Greet customer as the receptionist in a pleasant and professional manner
    • Answer incoming phone calls in timely manner/routing them to appropriate departments
    • Promptly and efficiently answer customer questions
    • Handle customer complaints professionally and refer complaining customer to the appropriate contact for resolution
    • Regular attendance that is consistent with company policy
    • Use computer software and systems to connect customers with sales people
    • Work alongside other receptionists and team members of the dealership
    • Perform other special duties as requested by the dealership and other management
    • Engaging, fast-paced, and will provide an unmatched level of client service

Qualifications

Requirements include but not limited to:

    • Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
    • Professional appearance
    • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
    • Team player
    • Ability to work weekday evenings and rotating Saturdays
